A problem with a file
Send the link to the file’s page (the address in your browser’s address bar when the file is open) and tell us what happened and what you expected. A screenshot helps too. Many common questions are answered in Help.
Payments and refunds
Write from your account’s email address and include the receipt or order number. You can manage your subscription and find receipts in your account. When refunds are possible is described in the Refund Policy.
Privacy and copyright
Requests about your personal data and copyright complaints go to the same address. What to include is described in the Privacy Policy and in section 7 of the Terms of Service.
